The company was best known for acquiring and repositioning suburban office buildings. It also developed urban infill and transit-oriented mixed-use properties, including Harrison Metro Center and Princeton Junction. The Company was at the forefront of privatization, with a public/private venture to commercialize development sites at Picatinny Arsenal, an active US Army base.
