Advanced Wellness empowers people to maximize their health through education and coaching in one-on-one and settings. Incorporating all elements of wellness, with a focus on diet and nutrition allows people to develop a comprehensive wellness plan to reach their goals. The coaches at Advanced Wellness work with all ages of people at various levels of health including, but not limited to diabetes, cancer, weight loss, cardiovascular disease.
Advanced Wellness provides corporate level coaching as well. At the corporate level, employers can work with the coaches to decide which program will be most suitable for their needs. All levels of coaching will begin by obtaining the bio-metrics, for example, blood pressure, body fat %, lipids, etc. After that, we will decide which protocol would best benefit the employee population. Monthly wellness workshops are also available.
Partnering with local business or organizations that are concerned with the well-being of its community helps to raise awareness of health risks, provide education and programming for improvement and create a healthier nation overall. We are always looking for schools, charity, and non-profit organizations to partner with, providing a great opportunity for fund raising.
