The company has established the cutting-edge Product Test Center which is furnished with universal material testing machine, pendulum impact tester, ultrasonic durometer, ultrasonic thickness meter, magnetic defect detector, ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment, low temperature testing machine, low-temperature impact tester, etc., and has also set up an advanced Pressure Test Center.
The company is becoming stronger under concerted effort of everyone, and has over 200 employees including 32 senior engineers, as well as a high-quality scientific research team, a strict quality management system and modern management means. All products have been certified to ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, CE 0036, ABS, DNV, SGS, etc. The company will provide more reliable products by continuous R&D of new products and the optimization of the conventional design system.
In response to enterprise needs of rapid development, the company newly built casting workshops in February 2014, which is provided with the most advanced production line in China to realize an annual productivity of 5,000 tons of cast iron and carbon steel castings — further optimize enterprise resource allocation, reduce business cost and greatly improve comprehensive strength and development potential, letting the company steadily step into advanced manufacturing enterprises of domestic valve industry.
