Afterburn Candles was established in January 2021 with the vision of selling unique, vegan eco friendly candles and wax melts, with scents that create an experience. We have a large range of different candles and wax melts, from our holographic geometric jars, to our up-cycled candles, to our range of body positive candles. We are quickly growing and we’re just getting started. One of the things we think is incredibly important is caring for our earth, that lets us thrive. This is why we have ingrained into our business, eco friendly practices. We see having a small business as an opportunity to do some good. Which is why our upcycled and bee kind range were created. Join the Upcycle Movement. Upcycling containers is one of the ways that we are doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint. Often candle containers are the most resource heavy part of the candle and thanks to our upcycled range that includes things like jam jars and syrup tins, we are limiting the amount of new containers that are being produced and put into circulation. Bee kind 'In the last 80 years our bumblebee populations have crashed. Two species have become nationally extinct and several others have declined dramatically' We chose the bumblebee conservation trust as one of our charities because of their great work in education, conservation and research. They have numerous conservation projects across the uk, fund and carry out scientific research and advise land managers on how they can help support and grow the UK bumblebee population.
