الاطار القانوني للوحدة الفنية
المادة رقم (27) من إتفاقية أغادير: تنشأ بموجب هذه الاتفاقية وحدة فنية لرعاية شؤونها يكون من إختصاصها تقديم المشورة والدعم الفني في جميع المسائل التي تخص تنفيذ الاتفاقية.
الملحق (III) لاتفاقية اغادير: والذي يدعو لانشاء وحدة فنية لاتفاقية اغادير.
بروتوكول انشاء وحدة فنية لرعاية شؤون إتفاقية إقامة منطقة التبادل الحر بين الدول العربية المتوسطية.
اهداف الوحدة الفنية:
متابعة تنفيذ نصوص واحكام الاتفاقية ورعاية شؤونها.
متابعة تنفيذ قرارات لجنة وزراء الخارجية ولجنة وزراء التجارة الخارجية.
تقديم المشورة الفنية في مختلف المسائل والجوانب المتعلقة بالاتفاقية وكيفية تنفيذها.
