A.G.A.P.E. ETS è un’associazione laica, nata nel 1994, costituita ufficialmente il 30 ottobre 1996 e legalizzata il 19 giugno 1998 (secondo DL n° 460/97) come ONLUS. Inoltre il 16 luglio 2009 è diventata una onlus riconosciuta essendo stata iscritta al registro delle persone giuridiche ai sensi del DPR 361/2000 con prot. N°34106/2092/2009. AGAPE ETS viene riconosciuta Ente del Terzo settore il 9 gennaio 2023.
