ÄgarLedare® bedriver sedan 2006 flera nätverk (Stockholm, Östergötland och Skåne) för företagare som äger och samtidigt leder sitt företag, oftast vd.

Det vi gör, har ett enda syfte: att göra det enklare att äga och leda sitt företag genom att vi konstruktivt delar varandras erfarenheter i alla de frågor som handlar om att vara ägare och ledare för sitt företag.
Ett nätverk består av max 25 medlemmar som under ett år träffas vid 6 tillfällen. Varje tillfälle har ett specifikt tema som behandlas i största förtrolighet.
De flesta ägarledare lägger ner allt för liten tid på egen kompetensutveckling. Att möta andra ägarledare i konstruktiva samtal, som befinner sig i liknande situationer, är en av de mest kreativa formerna för att finna nya och utvecklande lösningar på sina egna utmaningar.
