We have developed an innovative digital platform that maps and clusters smallholder farmers, farm sizes, crop type, and businesses in communities in order to streamline contract farming management processes and trading of legumes, oilseeds and cereals for retail, distribution and processing within the country. Our innovation monitors farmlands, crop growth, production and supply. We are strengthening our supply chain through establishing and rapidly expanding networks of village-level commodity aggregation, procurement and service distribution centres, known as Agrodot Centres. The centres directly connect Agrodots to farmers within a chiefdoms and communities for them to access extension services, training, input finance, and trade their commodities.
