At Agropošta we make cordials prepared with fruit and plants picked in the wild. And, we go way back…. Agropošta is a family business started in 2011. The idea came from our knowledge and love of nature that was passed on in our family. Generation to generation. And: if you love what you do, love will shine through. Lot’s of love… and in this case with an unexpected explosion of flavors.
We help local farmers in Croatia with determining and selecting the ideal plants, along the way we teach them about phenology: the study of plant life cycles. For us that it is as important as knowing which part of the plant you need to pick and what to do with it after you’ve picked it. That’s why we can state that Agropošta is made from only the best fruits and plants.
Croatia is divided into 3 climate regions – we won’t make you thirsty with a lengthy explanation – we have an immense choice in a large variety of fruits and plants. And, we think about the future. Ecological sustainability will always be a priority, as will making sure to keep nature intact for the next generation. That is why all leftovers from the production of our syrups are recycled and follow these simple guidelines:
1) Pick just enough without damaging the plant
2) Respect nature
3) Only pick what you will use
And you can taste that!
There are seven flavors:
raspberry, strawberry, lemon, elderflower, sage, lavender and mint
All of these flavors are provided in:
- single-serve sachets
- 250 ml luxury glass premix bottles
- 500 ml glass cordial bottles
- giftbox with five flavors in single-serve sachets (fits through the postbus)
Since 2021 we also make Ice Popsicles in 4 flavors: strawberry, raspberry, lemon and elderflower.
