Mijn naam is Ashley Mijnals. Ik begon als toezichthouder en ontwikkelde me tot horecaportier en allround beveiliger in de vroege jaren 2000. In 2018 stapte ik over naar de beveiligingssector vanwege de toenemende behoefte aan veiligheid in Nederland.
Als voormalig lid van de Jongeren Adviesraad van Amsterdam ZO voelde ik me geroepen om bij te dragen aan de veiligheid van de samenleving. In 2017 richtte ik Stichting Elmar op, die tweedehands goederen naar Suriname exporteert voor donatie aan minderbedeelden.
Ik heb twee bedrijven opgericht: TBH Security, gericht op beveiliging, en RMS (Road Management Services), gericht op wegwerkzaamheden. Mijn opleidingen omvatten trainingen bij BHVP (Bewapende Boa Opleiding Suriname) en diverse veiligheidscertificaten. Ik ben ook gecertificeerd sociale coach.
Mijn doel is persoonsbeveiliging op het hoogste niveau, met een focus op VIP-beveiliging. Ik wil anderen inspireren en trainen om bij te dragen aan de veiligheid van individuen en gemeenschappen wereldwijd.
