GIDE AIS is an R&D Lab of GIDE involved in developing and prototyping artificial intelligence systems (including AI IoT solutions) applying the latest technologies and knowledge in the field of (1) Machine Learning, (2) Deep Learning (Deep Belief Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks), (3) OCR (Optical Character Recognition), (4) NLP (Natural Language Processing), and (5) Cognitive Design.

GIDE AIS is organized within 4 principal activities:
1. AIS AS A SERVICES – own developments of AI systems and robots handling substituting humans in highly repetitive, error prone, high volume and time constrained processes;
2. CODE WRITING – experienced software engineers available for hire, augmenting third party teams in the process of development and implementation of AI and robot systems;
3. PROTOTYPING – an experimental unit developing AI based device prototypes and ‘proof-of-concept’ solutions before a full production phase is launched;
4. EDUCATION – workshops and training camps, introducing young talents to the latest AI architecture, concepts and technologies, software development methods, devices, and integration challenges.
