Airfix supports biogenic carbon emitters - such as biomethane, wood-fired co-generation or waste-to-energy plants - to develop and finance carbon removal and storage, giving investors the confidence to invest in BECCS while producing certified carbon removal credits, underpinned by significant emissions reductions.

Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage (BECCS) is a process that captures carbon emissions from organic material and stores this carbon geologically or in durable products.
