AITI Up! è un gruppo interno ad AITI (Associazione Industrie Ticinesi) nato per diffondere, sostenere e tutelare la cultura della creazione innovativa d’impresa e unire le competenze e le esperienze delle nuove aziende innovative industriali.

Inoltre, in una prospettiva di reciprocità, gli associati junior - attraverso i loro processi e prodotti innovativi - dovrebbero contaminare positivamente le imprese già mature e consolidate, dando loro l’opportunità di rinnovarsi in un'ottica di "open innovation".
