Founded in April 2024 by Antoine Koniski, "AK Formation" is a service company with a goal to assist high schools, universities ,small and medium-sized companies and international institutions in improving the level of their executives and employees as far as language skills and adapted management techniques.
In view of the present developing international exposure of our societies and the fierce competition of foreign entrants into our local markets, it is becoming essential to train our leaders and employees to perform domestically and internationally with a high standard.
AK Formation organizes seminars and training sessions over a period of time starting from 3 days to one month (or more according to request ) and it emphasizes on a practical hands-on approach to teaching languages (English-French-Arabic) as well as an in-depth knowledge of foreign cultures and business features in other civilizations ( negotiation skills-commercial criteria-financial management and other practical tips)
Antoine Koniski is an experienced executive with degrees from Centrale-Supélec-Paris ( Engineering)- Harvard Business School (Management) and Sorbonne University (Economics & Finance). He has been 25 years in senior positions in Paris-London-New York-Bahrain-Jeddah_Beirut and other Arab countries of the Middle East.
He then started advising international companies in Europe,the USA and the Middle East in the fields of setting-up ventures, managing and re-selling with a comprehensive training in commercial skills ,human resources, marketing ,finance, international development etc.
His trainings are based on a hands-on practical approach featuring effectiveness, profitability and an in-depth knowledge of some 70 different export countries scattered all over the world in such different areas as French-speaking Africa,the Arab Middle East,Hispanic Latin America or the USA.
