My story of transforming my life into a full and successful life is the inspiration behind my purpose. I started at "the bottom" and worked my way to "the top". I share the strategies I used to overcome challenges and inspire you to do the same.
Over the 25 years of my professional career, I have worked in senior leadership roles across three continents in the media, the military, business and education. I coach leaders to build unshakeable confidence and mindset, improve their performance and results, and build high-performing teams.
I develop workshops and coaching programs that transform the lives of my clients, producing lasting change in their personal and professional lives.
I encourage my clients to think and dream big. I've overcome many challenges in my personal and professional life through working with my coach, so I provide an empathetic and supportive space for my clients to explore new opportunities and ways of thinking.
