At Aleda, we’re on a mission to inspire connections and work with empowering leaders within a diverse range of sectors across industry, sport, education, social venture and the arts.

Founded by Matt Wadewitz and Luke Darcy, Aleda was born out of a genuine desire to make good leaders great and to equip people with the tools and support to thrive in their individual environments.
Our co-founder, Matt Wadewitz, said it best; “When we put aside our titles and see the leader in every person, when we focus on how we can support each other instead of what we can do to win, and when we foster a culture of collaboration, we can inspire our people and teams to achieve extraordinary things.”
