In 2007, the German Hochland brand, which has a history of nearly 100 years in the production of cheese and dairy products in the world, decides to enter the Middle East market. After a long research, he chooses “Haraz” from among the Middle Eastern countries of Iran, and from among the Iranian brands. In the same year, specialized cheese production factories, with German Hochland technology, were opened in the city of Amol, Iran. A variety of cheeses with the Hochland brand are produced and marketed in Iran. Cheeses with a new shape and taste that are welcomed by cheese lovers. In the following years, the ownership of these factories will be transferred to Haraz Company. Now, 15 years later, Hochland is known in the Iranian market under the Alima brand. The variety of cheeses produced has also been upgraded to about 30 models of cheese.
