Alimentary was founded by Alison Wright, who retrained as a nutritionist after finally making the connection between what you eat and how you feel! With over 20 years in corporate management and manufacturing, Alison is living proof that it is never too late to turn things around.
Alison is passionate about helping people to make simple, achievable changes to their nutrition and lifestyle that will deliver huge benefits to their overall health. Her 20 years’ experience in corporate management has provided her with the skills to facilitate real behavioural change and help people learn how to take back control of their health and nutrition through simple, practical advice and realistic goal setting.
Alimentary provides the following services:-
•Nutrition and Health Workshops and Presentations.Fun, flexible, interactive and tailored for both corporate and community sectors. Alimentary will design workshops and presentations to meet the specific needs of your business and budget. Content is aimed to provide participants with the tools and information required to start making better health and nutritional choices for themselves. Workshops delivered to: Ericsson, Westpac, AMWU and to schools through Sano Health.
•Nutrition Consultations. If you are keen to take control of your health and learn about the best nutrition for YOUR body, Alimentary will create a personalised nutrition plan tailored specifically to your needs.
•Alimentary partners with other experts in the Health and Wellness industry to develop and implement more extensive health and wellbeing programs. In 2014, Alison won an award at the National Safety Awards for the Health and Wellbeing program she developed for Fairfax Media – Printers.
