Alive Ferments is family owned and operated by brothers Niccolo and Sasha Fraschetti. Both with an extensive culinary background, and a passion for fermented foods; with Sasha’s background in wine production and organic farming, they launched Alive Ferments with their first line of fermented products in March 2022.
