Returning home, Luis decided to establish Alpha Tire alongside his brother-in-law, Ricky, who, too, is an accomplished aircraft mechanic and his father, Asuncion. The shared passion for precision, safety, and quality carried over seamlessly from aviation to the tire industry, making Alpha Tire a symbol of excellence in tire maintenance. The Alpha Tire team was later completed with the addition of Luis's childhood friend, Ana, also an experienced aircraft mechanic.
