This is also a good opportunity to meet and network with students in different health programs from different schools. *Note: Because of the great benefits of the Hands On internship, you will be required to deliver fliers for 1 hour of each shift By the end of your 225-hour internship you will be able to: • Perform and know when to use different physical therapy modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, interferential current, combo and iontophoresis), • Be proficient in correctly documenting physical therapy notes: SOAP notes, treatment records, and procedure records; • Perform PNF and different mobilizations of the neck, shoulder and ankle, • Create effective Home Exercise Programs for physical therapy patients, • Know how to create workouts and instruct cross fit classes, and… • Be the best you can be!
