Alternative Estates has been established since January 1990 as a privately owned family business. It was set up an “Alternative” to Estate Agents by using computer matching to list & find buyers, we then put properties for sale on the net in 1995, So Online agents are not a new thing!
Our main objective is to give an honest and straight forward approach to selling or buying property.
We pride ourselves in the way we operate with no hard selling and with this coming year being our 32nd anniversary which proves that our strong ethically based business model works for us.
Both of our valuers, Sue Maher & Nick Green have each been valuing properties for Alternative Estates in the Coventry Area for over 30 years with a vast amount of experience and local knowledge which combined with our sales and administration support team offer a friendly yet professional service to our clients.
We can arrange a home visit without any obligation to give you an idea of how much your property is worth, the costs involved with moving or renting and how best to way to market your home. We will provide you with comparisons within the local market to evidence why we have reached this figure and confirm it in writing shortly afterwards.
