The principals of AMAK have worked in the Automotive industry for more than 20 years. During that time, they were in a position of both candidates for jobs and managers seeking candidates. What were the experiences? It was a numbers game with little thought given to the dealership or the candidate as the fee was the only concern. Naively or otherwise, we set out to change this.

We physically meet with every candidate allowing us to build a profile in order to place with the correct business. We go beyond the CV and attempt to understand the person, the character, their motivations, their willingness to participate and their desire to achieve because that is what makes the difference
We lead the candidates through an assessment with exercises to better understand them and allow them to better understand the role
We meet with the client to research and understand their needs in order to put forward the correct people. This allows us to do the work so they can concentrate on the most important thing…THE BUSINESS
We deliver focused and appropriate sales training to candidates when/where required. Our training courses have helped and benefited numerous people over many years to realise their potential and career opportunities and thereby, their employer’s business success
