AmbientOne was founded in 2021 with the mission of harnessing data around us to help humanity solve complex problems, with initial focus on healthcare, edutech, and call center efficiency. We do that by leveraging our core strengths in conversational AI, computer vision, text and speech analytics, IoT sensor data, machine learning, and more.
Our foundation is our speech engines and conversational AI that we have built ground-up for Indian and Asian languages and we are happy to announce that we recently crossed a milestone of over 1 million calls for big-brand customers in just a few months, and we are ramping up to handle over 1 million calls a month.
