Founded in 1987, Ameritech is among the largest privately owned apparel manufacturers in the US. With fully integrated facilities across the US and Mexico, Ameritech is a large capacity manufacturer/contractor featuring highly skilled technical sewers and a world class development department. We run programs serving a broad spectrum of needs including CMT (cut/make/trim) and full packages. We are fully cybernated and digitized and can help you plan for all logistical requirements. We possess the capability and welcome both short and long run programs, offering fit and styling development and sales samples.
Our primary market is focused on serving the needs of long term manufacturing partnerships. Ameritech’s longest running program has been with Costco Wholesale Clubs for nearing 20 years. In addition to high volume production, we also produce fashion denim products retailing for $250+. We do this in our flexible world class sewing and finishing facilities with all the skill and versatility of the best houses in both Los Angeles, CA and El Paso, TX. Our customer relations department is highly responsive and is noted for its communication, attention to detail and catering to customer’s specific and specialized needs. Our headquarters are in El Paso, Texas where we clear, inspect and ship product anywhere (EDI).
At present, we are working with US companies who are either engaged in Berry Amendment US production or who are currently importing from Asia and are looking for alternative North American sources. Our development emanates from our El Paso, TX headquarters as we transport daily to and from our 100,000 square foot facility in Torreon, Mexico (550 miles south of El Paso). The same services are also offered at our El Paso facility for “Made in the USA” products. We are fully digitized and automated in both and are currently manufacturing a wide variety of knits, wovens, backpacks and accessories.
