AML Talent came to life through our Co-Founder Angela Chartrand of Sentinence a boutique compliance advisory firm. With over 35 years of experience within regulatory compliance specializing in all things AML she saw the need for a recruitment firm which caters to the AML industry needs.
Our ability to select top talent is not what sets us aside from our competitors. We believe in education and ongoing support to both the candidate and the employers. We provide AML training to all candidates with the goal of enhancing their AML knowledge, as well as providing our mentorship program thereby creating a unique recruitment model.
