Anadex Pty Ltd (Analysis, Design and Execution) was founded in 2002 by Lance Greenwood and Nathan Craze who had both departed from Peregrine Systems in Melbourne as the company closed its Australian Operations. Nathan later moved on to other interests and when Peregrine was acquired by HP Software Anadex became a Platinum HP Software Partner and was named the “HP Emerging Partner of the Year” for Asia Pacific. In September 2007 Anadex was acquired by CSG Ltd, an ASX listed company headquartered in Darwin. CSG began as a customer through their Managed Services division, with Anadex implementing HP Service Manager for their Department of Education and Training (NT) contract, a project which later won the itSMF Australia Service Desk Project of the Year (2008). Anadex provided consulting and solutions in the following key areas: - HP Software based solutions; Software Sales, Services and Training - Strategic Plans / Roadmaps for business processes and tools based on industry best practice - Internal and External IT Outsourcing and Vendor Management - Financial, Contract and Business Management - IT Infrastructure Management - IT Product Management - IT Project and Services Management and Delivery
