And Beyond was a participatory research lab and Playground for Collective Dreaming that ran from 2019 to 2023. Through creative projects and partnerships with communities, organisations, and universities, we aimed to decolonise and democratise imagination and support the transition towards regenerative, equitable, and just futures.
By interrogating colonial modernity and exploring the interiority of the collective imagination, we sought to better understand oppressive systems in their many manifestations; and how we can develop the ontological flexibility necessary to soften into the rich, slow depths of this existence and be in right relationship with ourselves, each other, and Life itself.
