Started from the bottom....
It all started as a flyer boy who was giving out promotions for a restaurant in queens. When a busboy called out sick he was called in to help but was never called out to be a flyer boy again.
He poured his first glass of water for a customer in the year 2003. Which is the year that made him fall in love with the restaurant business. Continued his career up all the way to a manager position in various types of cuisines until a great opportunity came to him to live his dream of having his own place with a partner/chef who also "started from the bottom" as a kitchen helper.
