I provide debt strategy for Hotel, Healthcare, Real Estate owners and developers with their current and future finance needs through my knowledge of the sectors and the financial options available in the market. Sourcing finance for UK trading assets and development projects.
I have worked in the finance industry for over 36 years. Gaining vast experience within the hospitality & healthcare sectors where I have built a reputation for providing reliable and personalised solutions.
I was at RBS for 18 years prior to specialising in Hotel & Healthcare finance at Coutts Commercial Bank as Business Development Director it was my role to source and structure finance opportunities in both sectors and to engage with the team to progress to completion.
Within this role I also raised our profile within the industry. As part of this I organised and chaired networking events covering key aspects and challenges within both sectors to over 400 attendees each year.
I was also a judge on a number of Healthcare Industry Awards
These events supported our initiative of:
