Les laboratoires Apimab sont nés à Clermont l'Hérault, dans les collines façonnées par le climat méditerranéen. C'est en 1975, aux abords des berges ocres du Lac du Salagou, que Marc-Alain Bernard, apiculteur, installe ses premières ruches.
De fil en aiguille, curieux de tout ce que l'abeille pouvait réaliser, son attention se porte sur une matière qui, jusqu'ici, n'était considérée que comme un "déchet" de la ruche : la propolis. Une matière à laquelle l'histoire prête pourtant de nombreux attributs...
Au terme de travaux acharnés, de recherche et d'expérimentations, il parvient à élaborer un processus complexe de purification et de transformation de la propolis, afin d'en extraire toutes les propriétés : ainsi naît son premier extrait de propolis, précurseur de la majorité des produits actuels de notre marque Propolia.
Aujourd'hui Apimab Laboratoires propose une large gamme de produits bien-être et de cosmétiques certifiés BIO. Car les possibilités que nous offrent la ruche et la nature sont infinies, et nous nous engageons à en offrir tous les bienfaits, sans concession.

Apimab Laboratoires has been created in Clermont l'Hérault. In 1975, close to the Lake of Salagou, Marc-Alain Bernard, a beekeeper, settled his first hives, determined to share his passion for bees through their most widely known sweetness : honey.
One thing leading to another, his attention focus on a material which so far was considered as a "waste" of the hive : propolis. After strenuous work, he manages to develop a complex process of purification and transformation of propolis, to extract all the properties : thus was born the first extract of propolis.
Today, Apimab's brand Propolia offers a wide range of certified organic products for well-being and cosmetics.
