Appono Insight neemt alle activiteiten op het gebied van recruitment van u over en realiseert met behulp van een Recuiter van Appono het optimale wervingsresultaat. Wij begeleiden u vanaf het opstellen van een functieprofiel, tot en met het aannemen van een nieuwe medewerker.

•Recruitmentbehoefte
Door het uitvoeren van een o.a. intakes en een scan inventariseert Appono uw behoefte aan recruitment.
•Maatwerk Advies
Dit advies bestaat uit vacaturesites die de wervingscampagne nodig heeft.
Appono adviseert u om de vacature optimaal vindbaar te maken voor de zoekmachines (Google, Indeed etc.).
•Employer Branding
Appono Insight presenteert de vacature onder uw eigen bedrijfsnaam en is het centrale punt van de campagne. Uw werkgeversmerk staat dus centraal.
