As identified by the efficient market hypothesis, all the available information about any security is always known by all market participants at any time. Just not by everyone. We apply the dynamic information theory to identify possible paths with assigned probabilities to determine most likely moves for the next day. By matching current market dynamics with the historical pattern, we assign a risk rating for each security.
