PROMOTING ACCESS TO HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES in English in the Montérégie, the Assistance and Referral Center Health and Social Services (ARC) is a not-for-profit, non-partisan community organization that envisions vibrant and thriving communities in the Montérégie. As part of a province-wide network, ARC: ► contributes, connects, and shares resources and information that promotes access to health and social services in English; ► collaborates on community-wide initiatives; ► develops community awareness of the need for services in English; ► supports recruiting and retention efforts so that there are more English-speaking health professionals working in our health and social services system.
