Arex operates from fully-geared manufacturing facilities in Picton NSW. Our trained, accredited team works closely with clients to engineer new, replacement or modified parts. From hard-to-source components, to complex assemblies and complete machines, our approach excels for projects requiring innovative, robust and cost-effective solutions.
By investing extensively inhouse, we reduce risk and minimise time and cost. Our end-to-end service includes:

We specialise in quench and tempered steel and are one of the few Australian manufacturers able to produce lightweight, high strength steel plate for industrial and defence applications, such as tanks and armoured vehicles, marine rigs and vessels, rail and chassis components, hard-wearing mining equipment and ballistic protection.
CNC machining enables us to manufacture precise, custom components with tight tolerances and fine finishes, working with plastics, ferrous, non-ferrous and alloy materials to a tolerance of +/- 0.020mm. We are committed to high standards of safety with a Quality Management System accredited to ISO-9001S.
