A unique treatment process system based on an Innflotation process and a High-Performance Bioreactor.
Performance parameter after treatment these plants will achieve;
* Reduced free oil to 1 ppm
* Oil and Grease <1 mg/l
* BOD <25 mg/l
* COD <100 mg/l
* NH4+ <3 mg/l
* PO4 (as P) < 2 mg/l
* Sulphide < 0,1 mg/l
The technology will process water with high TDS levels. TDS max 1,000-2,000 ppm (when innoflotation and Bioreactor used in combination with RO and/or Ultra filtration).
We can remove Dissolved oil and BTEX (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene) compounds.
Overall water recovery >90%
