Arthur Stone are an independent firm of experienced chartered town planners based within the heart of Perthshire and working within most areas of Central and Northern Scotland.*

As your representative, we will deal with any correspondence from the Planning Authority and negotiate on your behalf.
We integrate the skills of other professional specialists including architects, building surveyors, transportation engineers and conservationists.
Unlike many other consultancies, we are committed to providing a professional planning and design service at a competitive price, tailored to the client's individual needs. For the majority of building projects we can provide our services at a fixed cost. This provides the customer with the confidence that their scheme can remain within budget without any hidden charges along the way.
