AS Partners is a fast-growing consulting firm based in the UAE, founded by two former McKinsey colleagues in 2017. Our teams come from top management consulting firms and have a proven track-record in strategy, transformation, and implementation. Together, we support organizations in the Middle East in their transformation journeys end to end - from setting the direction, to strategy, implementation and capability building.
Our model is very much driven by sustained capability building for our clients. Instead of the “typical” consulting model that focused on delivering projects for clients, we develop journeys to build client teams’ capabilities and support the client in delivering these projects themselves. Our projects are long-term and usually split into a shorter strategy phase to clearly define the project and develop the capability journey, followed by 7-12 months implementation and capability building.
