Flagship Community: Ɔman Settlement
Our flagship project, the Ɔman Settlement in New Ningo Prampram, reflects the full expression of our vision. It is a 1000+ acre master-planned community with demarcated roads, electrification poles installed, and plans for a logistics hub, recreational spaces, and a construction depot.
Each element is being built in phases, with future-facing design, environmental care, and resident needs in mind. It is one of the most ambitious community development projects in the region—designed to be a model of excellence and intentionality.
