From the moment of its inception, the V-formation adopted by migrating geese (as seen in the company logo), has acted as a symbol of the importance of leadership and collaboration…two elements we believe are fundamental to any organisation successfully achieving its goals. Whilst we recognise that it is important for clients to understand ‘what’ we do at ascent21, we believe the more important question to ask us is ‘why’ we do things. So for those that want to know the ‘what’, the answer is simple. We work with leaders to get businesses and teams to determine where they are (Point A), where they want to be (Point B) and how they want to get there. We enjoy working with clients to set clear direction, get the right people on board and then make it happen.
