In April 2022, the Ashiyana Foundation took significant strides toward its mission of uplifting underserved communities, spearheading multiple impactful programs to address diverse needs. Through Ann Seva, we distributed over 50,000 food boxes, meals, snacks like bread and biscuits, milk, and other essential provisions to combat hunger and provide sustenance to families in need. During summer, our Jal Seva initiative provided clean drinking water by setting up water pots (matkas) at key locations, while Chabeel Seva distributed a refreshing traditional Punjabi drink made with milk and rose syrup to offer relief from the scorching heat.
Additionally, our Jeevan Daan program organized blood donation drives, contributing to life-saving efforts for those in urgent need of blood. Our recently launched Vrikshya Seva initiative focuses on environmental sustainability, with over 10,000 trees planted in its first three months.
