Asia Pacific Projects is in essence a private professional Project & Construction Management company which focusses on particular sectors in the market and we tailor make our services to suit a particular Client’s needs. Our directors have previously worked for large publically listed Development Organizations, Project Management and Construction Companies; due to our links with fellow colleagues we have a significant skilled labour pool to draw from and are able to put together highly effective and efficient small or large teams to work jointly with key Clients to deliver challenging projects. In Asia, due to the various government and authority requirements, we also specialise in the provision of “on site” Construction Management which is inclusive of Construction Supervision, QA/QC and HSE.   Asia Pacific Projects has been built on repeat business with some of our business relationships going back over 27 years with 75% of our work being negotiated. We consider ourselves to be self-motivated, results focussed and user friendly. We value relationships immensely and see this as a key reason for our success to date
