The Actuarial Science and Insurance Students Association - ABU Zaria (ASISA ABU) is the student body representing the interests of all students studying Actuarial Science and Insurance at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. ASISA ABU serves as a platform to promote academic and professional development, foster unity among members, and build essential career skills in both the actuarial and insurance fields. ASISA ABU is dedicated to bridging the gap between students and the industry by creating opportunities for students to interact with experienced professionals from the actuarial and insurance sectors. Through seminars, workshops, and networking events, the association aims to prepare students for successful careers, equipping them with industry insights, technical skills, and leadership experience. ASISA ABU actively works to connect its members with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, insurance firms, and actuarial societies, while advocating for the interests of its members within the department and beyond.
