Assem & Associates Law Office was established in December 1993 by Attorney Karim Aly Assem with extensive legal experience in the Middle East.
Excluding the other employees, the office has grown to six attorneys practicing in several areas of law.
Our primary goal at this office is not only to provide high-quality legal services but to develop expertise in a diversity of practice areas so that we will be ready to meet our clients’ needs and provide the best possible and up to date advice on current legal issues. Assem & Associates Law Office is dedicated providing top quality legal representation to institutional and individual clients. In addition to the traditional role of representing clients in contract negotiations and dispute resolutions, our office can render services and advice to clients who are not familiar with Egypt and the Middle East in general in order to expedite business matters and allow the client to use his time more efficiently.

2.-Preparing so-called economic studies and preliminary studies;
3.-Obtaining and gathering documents and information needed during the pre-establishment period;
4.-Providing investors with full knowledge of law, regulations, circumstances, conditions and other matters which may have an impact upon their prospective projects;
5.-Carrying out all formalities needed to obtain the required permits and approvals for the establishment of the investment project in accordance with
