Depuis 1928, l’AIFST redonne confiance aux jeunes et adultes fragilisés par leur parcours et les accompagne pour qu’ils trouvent leur place dans la société grâce à l’éducation, la formation et l’insertion.
De l’orphelinat d’Épron créé en 1928, il subsiste cette même volonté d’accompagner les personnes fragilisées par leur parcours afin qu’elles deviennent épanouies et intégrées dans la société. Afin d’accomplir cette mission, l’AIFST a largement évolué au fil des années et regroupe aujourd’hui 5 établissements.
- Le foyer du père robert (1971), un foyer pour adolescents en difficultés composé de 3 maisons.
- ENAFA (1979), un centre de formation pour travailler sur l'orientation et les savoirs de base.
- Le centre horticole du Londel (1985), un centre de formation horticole.
- Le C2A (2015), « Classe Ateliers Alternatifs »
- 1Pacte (2019), un chantier de transition maraîcher.
Notre ambition consiste a réinventer constamment notre approche et construire des projets innovants qui s’adaptent et anticipent l’évolution de la société afin de la rendre toujours plus inclusive.
