IRIS (Immuno-déficience primitive, Recherche, Information, Soutien) est l'association nationale qui représente en France les patients enfants et adultes atteints d'un déficit immunitaire primitif.
IRIS est membre fondateur du CEREDIH, le centre de référence des déficits immunitaires héréditaires.
Créée en 1998 à l’initiative de quelques familles d’enfants atteints de déficits immunitaires primitifs (DIP) maladies génétiques, elle compte près de 500 adhérents.
Le 10 août 2007, IRIS a été reconnue d’Utilité Publique.
