- Travail : Permettre à des personnes reconnues travailleurs handicapés d’exercer une activité professionnelle.
- Jeunes et Formations : Faciliter l'insertion sociale et professionnelle par un soutien éducatif, pédagogique, thérapeutique et par l'apprentissage.
- Socialisation : Accompagner et soutenir vers l'autonomie, dans différents domaines de la vie quotidienne.
- Intégration et Entraide : Favoriser l'accès à un emploi en milieu ordinaire, à une formation et à une insertion sociale.
Elle accompagne à des rythmes différenciés et de manière personnalisée environ 800 personnes chaque année, qui sont accompagnées par 120 salariés.
Elle travaille activement avec son association sœur « Les Ateliers Sinclair » qui salarie près de 200 personnes dont une bonne part en situation de handicap, dans le cadre d’une Entreprise Adaptée.
