1. Specializes in providing Insurance Audit and other insurance/microinsurance related advisory services to our clients.
2. Runs a network of insurance advisors who are professionally trained to provide advice to our numerous clients and sell insurance policies for carefully selected insurance companies.
Roles and Responsibilities
We are responsible for ensuring our clients have an excellent insurance experience by;
1. Working as the mouth piece of the company, who communicates the products and services of the company to members of the public with the aim of promoting the company.
2. Ensure that the interest of the clients is protected by making adjustments to insurance packages so as to suit their specific needs.
3. Counselling clients about their existing insurance coverage and recommends a change if the need arises.
4. Provides detailed explanation of the advantages and disadvantages of various insurance policies to clients in order for them to make informed decisions.
5. Engaging clients in discrete discussions to know their financial strengths and situations in order to be able to recommend appropriate policies for them, and also go the extra mile to verify their claims.
6. Providing expert advice upon the inspection of properties, considering various factors to determine if it’s a good insurance risk or not.
7. We keep track of all insurance activities with our clientele so as to provide assistance and counselling when the need arises
