Pauline Degruson-Way, architecte-paysagiste, et Marguerite Bretin, urbaniste, ont créé l'Atelier adventice - paysage et urbanisme pour une ville verte, en 2021.
Le travail de l’atelier est centré sur la végétalisation des espaces extérieurs, à travers des études paysagères et urbaines à l’échelle de la ville ou d’un quartier, ainsi que la conception d’espaces publics (parc, cour d’école, parking...) ou privés (espaces résidentiels, jardin privé…).
Notre objectif est de favoriser la biodiversité, d’améliorer le cadre de vie et de préparer les villes au changement climatique, tout en ayant une approche sensible et créative, adaptée au site et à son contexte. Le nom de l’atelier représente un aspect de notre philosophie : reconquérir le béton des villes et y améliorer la place de la nature, y-compris sauvage.
L’atelier est situé à Ferney-Voltaire (Ain) et travaille à l’échelle du Grand Genève et au-delà. L’animation du projet peut être conduite à la fois en anglais et en français.
