Groepsgesprekken: herstel delen, steun ervaren en leren van anderen.
Creatieve activiteiten: ontspannen werken met je handen en nieuwe talenten ontdekken.
Beweging op maat: activering zonder druk, afgestemd op jouw belastbaarheid.
Opbouwen van dagstructuur: duidelijke planning en ritme in het dagelijks leven.
Rust en ontspanning: ruimte om tot jezelf te komen en energie op te bouwen.
Toewerken naar participatie: voorbereidende stappen richting vrijwilligerswerk, scholing of werk.
